Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Valid government-issued photo ID for equipment certification
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
