Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments with precision
- Organize inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Pick/pack orders for e-commerce fulfillment
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts safely
- Maintain clean, organized work zones per OSHA standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
