Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks, verify inventory counts, and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and compliant workspaces following OSHA guidelines
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
