Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and maintain organized stock areas
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and proper documentation
- Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
