Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and efficient warehouse layout
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Parkway location
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (schedule flexibility required)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
