Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure 99%+ fulfillment accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California Driver's License (forklift certification provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
