Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
