Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders while adhering to strict quality standards and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners to maintain inventory flow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company specifications before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
