Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and hazard awareness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Process returns and damaged inventory according to company guidelines
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts)
- Lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
