Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse space through systematic stocking and inventory rotation
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues and optimize workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Flexible availability including weekday mornings, evenings, and occasional Saturdays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
