Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts in assigned zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Atlanta facility
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (minimum 20 hrs/week)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
