Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies
- Maintain organized inventory counts and storage areas per company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and workplace cleanliness policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
