Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Amazon's high standards
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 49 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
