Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack orders for shipment with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (including pallet jacks and conveyors)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic scanning and tracking
- Uphold strict safety protocols while working in a temperature-controlled environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
