Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan orders to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak periods
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety standards at all times
- Support inbound/outbound processes including loading/unloading trucks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the 3505 Amazon Way facility
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
