Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our South Boston facility
- Flexible availability for weekday evenings and weekends
