Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated/freezer zones)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
