Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock organization.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner.
- Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
