Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock within the warehouse.
- Packaging: Properly package, label, and prepare items for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to meet customer deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
