Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise by hand or using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare products for shipment by packing, labeling, and applying shipping materials.
- Manage inventory levels by counting stock and updating records in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
