Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality and quantity compliance
- Maintain organized inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our New Orleans facility
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work evenings/weekends (flexible scheduling)
