Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling equipment.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (OSHA compliant) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license required.
