Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment
- Accurately scan and inventory products while maintaining warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification) in compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with order fulfillment, packing, and shipping preparation for client deliveries
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
