Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Pick and pack orders with precision and efficiency
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
