Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Unload and sort inbound shipments from trucks and containers
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotationOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexible availability (evenings/weekends required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
