Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely handle merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing inventory.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Preferred but not always required.
- Ability to Lift: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with counting and basic arithmetic for inventory.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in picking and packing orders.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
