Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via digital systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance in all daily operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and quality audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (inventory systems preferred)
