Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently after training
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts as directed
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging orders for shipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Greensboro facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
