Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Organize and maintain inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Pick and pack orders with precision scanning systems
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Contribute to monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
