Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Organize inventory with barcode scanning and data entry systems
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse spaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate material handling equipment with provided certification
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
