Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, label, and package incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing certification
- Maintain organized inventory using handheld scanners and digital systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks
- Participate in regular warehouse audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
