Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain accurate stock levels
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Load/unload trucks and organize merchandise in designated storage zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document all activities in digital tracking systems for compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for digital reporting systems
