Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift with frequent bending
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
