Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to retail partners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Support special projects including seasonal inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
