Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and stocking incoming merchandise
- Document transactions and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to team collaboration
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
