Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and verify incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA certified training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including PPE usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with RF scanning technology
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
- Willingness to work overtime as business demands require
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
