Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Package and prepare shipments for domestic/international transport
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Warehouse or logistics experience highly valued
- Pass background check and drug screening
