Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document all warehouse activities in digital tracking systems
- Work additional overtime shifts during peak demand periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
