Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse setting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance and reliability focus
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
