Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to all safety standards
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory reconciliation and order processing
- Document transactions in our cloud-based inventory management platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends with overtime availability
- Reliable transportation to facility (hybrid model requires occasional on-site presence)
