Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise for shipment and delivery, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation to maintain accurate records.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to identify damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring efficient workflow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A/B) is highly desirable.
