Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accuracy of received goods.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment, adhering to shipping guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, with proper certification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in organizing storage racks and shelving units to maximize warehouse space.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
