Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized inventory using FIFO methods in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts safely following OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 6+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our North Columbus location
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work in varying temperature zones
