Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and materials using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from inventory and pack them for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required by training.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Housekeeping: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read labels/barcodes.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
