Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to maintain 99.8% accuracy standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure system integrity
- Maintain organized and clean work areas per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak season surges
- Document all activities in warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak periods
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
