Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends (overtime opportunities)
