Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders with attention to detail
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using digital systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
