Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies promptly
- Uphold 5S principles for workplace safety and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
