Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and manual handling techniques
- Accurately scan and sort incoming/outgoing inventory
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, dollies) with proper certification
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Physical stamina for 4-6 hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
