Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort packages using manual/electric pallet jacks
- Verify inventory counts and document discrepancies in warehouse management system
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following OSHA safety standards
- Operate forklifts (with certification) and other material handling equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Flexible availability including early mornings/weekends
